Thrashing Deceased Equines

Is everybody tired of hashing out John Kerry's Viet Nam record yet? I know I'm almost there. I'm glad the efenants and Zell Miller started to hammer on his dismal senate record last night. That's a much more entertaining and potentially useful issue to consider. The man has no substantive achievements in almost 20 years in the Senate. He's trying to portray himself as a capable leader based on what, exactly? His ability to marry well?

One final issue left to hammer home before I call the knackers to drag Boxer off to the glue factory. According to Thomas Lipscomb, the Navy has started taking a look at the awards Sen. Kerry is claiming for himself. Oops. I'm thinking if the Navy decides he's full of crap, that's going to be a major problem for Kerry. Everybody defending him by citing the "official record" is going to have to eat large helpings of steaming hot crow if the Navy decides the "official record" is wrong. Especially people like John Kerry himself, who once said:
"If you wind up being less than what you’re pretending to be, there is a major confrontation with value and self-esteem and your sense of how others view you.”

I suggest using a good brand of hot sauce to make it go down easier.
