Where?

While reading this article from the Army Times, I noted something of interest. 10th SF Group has deployed troops to the 'Republic of George'. I just can't seem to find this on a map anywhere, and the CIA World Factbook is failing me yet again.

Try as I might, I am unable to shake the image of an entire nation filled with Jason Alexander look-alikes.
